Dylan Haggart is Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of Fivespan.

Prior to founding Fivespan, Dylan was a Partner at ValueAct Capital. Before joining ValueAct in 2013, he worked at TPG Capital in the North American Buyout Group where he focused on control private equity and opportunistic structured equity investments. Prior to TPG, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division. Dylan has a B.A. with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Dylan was previously a director of Fiserv, Inc. where he served on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee as well as the Talent and Compensation Committee. He is currently director of Seagate Technology Holdings plc where he serves on the Compensation Committee. Dylan is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco’s Endowment Trust.
