Isabèle Chevalier is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience in health, science, retail, and more recently the sports sector.

Formerly CEO of Bio-K+ International, pioneer leader in the probiotics industry, she built and led the company along side her family into Canada’s #1 probiotic brand for over a decade and the #3 in the U.S., before successfully selling it in 2020. She has gained extensive expertise in manufacturing, R&D, and marketing across multiple distribution channels globally.

Keynote speaker and mentor, Isabèle also serves on several boards and is a permanent investor on the popular Québec television show “Dans l’Oeil du Dragon” for a seventh season, as well as on the “Qui veut être mon associé?” show on M6 in France.

Recently, she has expanded into the sports industry by co-launching Québec’s first professional women’s soccer club (Montréal Roses FC) as well as the first professional women’s soccer league in Canada (the Northern Super League) , with the inaugural game set for April 2025.

Isabèle is passionate about causes related to children, women, health, and the environment. An avid sports and nature enthusiast, she is also a proud mother of three boys.
