Andrew Alley is Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Investments at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). In this role, he leads PSP's global infrastructure platform spanning essential services including utilities, transport, telecommunications, and energy.

Andrew has a strong track record of sourcing, executing, and managing complex, multi-regional infrastructure portfolios on behalf of large institutional investors. Over a nearly two-decade career at CPP Investments, he progressed through a series of senior leadership roles spanning Hong Kong, Sydney, London, and Toronto, most recently serving as Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure for North America and Australasia. His experience across developed and emerging markets has deepened his expertise in deploying capital across a wide range of regulatory environments and asset types. Before entering institutional investment management, he worked in the Energy Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets in Calgary, Alberta, and in the Business Development group at Pengrowth Energy Trust.

Andrew also brings extensive board experience, having served on numerous boards globally across the infrastructure space throughout his career.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He is a CFA charterholder.
