With more than 25 years of experience in the finance and investment industry, Anik serves as Partner at Richter and Chief Investment Officer of the Richter Family Office, one of the largest multi-family offices in North America, where she oversees the development and management of the investment platform and portfolio construction.

Before joining Richter in January 2024, she was President and Chief Investment Officer, Public Markets, at Fiera Capital, where she oversaw more than $160 billion in assets. Prior to Fiera, Anik spent 14 years at PSP Investments in a range of senior leadership roles. During her final five years there, she served as Global Head and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, with responsibility for a broad $100 billion portfolio managed both internally and externally. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Hydro-Québec Pension Fund and began her professional journey as a financial analyst at the Bank of Canada in 1997.

Anik brings extensive expertise and a strong commitment to community engagement through her service on several boards of directors. She currently serves on the boards of the Azrieli Foundation, Trisura Group, OMERS, and 4Good Investments. Anik holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance, and has been a CFA charterholder since 2003.
